How do I turn the dumbbells into a barbell?

It's as easy as putting on the spinlock collars. Simply twist the dumbbells into both ends of the barbell connector and you're ready to go! Check out our innovative Product Guide for a detailed demonstration.

Can my current weights be used with this set?

The dumbbell set is designed to work with all standard-sized weight plates & dumbbells (~27mm opening hole). This covers the largest majority of all dumbbell sets purchased globally!

Can I add more weights to the set if I get stronger?

The highlight of an adjustable set is the flexibility of choosing how light or heavy you want to lift. As you get stronger you simply add the weights on. If you outgrow your set it's as easy as purchasing a single weight plate without having to worry about all the storage and expensive prices of going heavier with fixed dumbbells.

Can I achieve a full-body workout with this set?

The versatility of this set will easily allow you to accomplish a full-body workout from home. Some barbell exercises include squats, deadlift, floor press (bench alternative), standing calf raises, military press, barbell row. Some dumbbell exercises include bicep curls, shoulder press, tricep extension, front squat, bent-over row.
