Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email which is sent shortly after placing the order. It will also be visible right after making payment, at the top of the page. Your order number is 7 digits and will begin with #49_____.
Where is my order confirmation email?
An email is automatically sent to the email address entered, shortly after placing the order. Please ensure you check the junk/spam folders as it may have been incorrectly filtered. If you believe you may have misspelled your email address when placing the order, please reach out and we'll have it corrected.
Why isn't the tracking page working?
If you've recently placed an order, it's possible that the tracking details may not have been updated yet. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be added by the courier. However, if it's been over 24 hours since you placed your order (or longer for orders placed on weekends or public holidays), please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll look into it right away.
