Wrap the Hanging Strap around a durable, high frame. Connect the Pulley to the Hanging Strap with a Carabiner.

Move the Base below the Pulley and load on the desire weight plates.

Feed the Cable end without stopper through the Pulley and connect it to the Base with a Carabiner. Attach your desired Cable Attachment to the other end.
