While we provide estimated dispatch times for our backorders, it's essential to note that delays can occur due to various factors beyond our control. Our estimated dispatch times consider various logistics factors, including vessel arrival times, container collection dates, and trucking container deliveries. External events like force majeure may also contribute to delays. Please understand that our estimates are based on the best available information, and dates may adjust as new information arises. Rest assured, once your item is in our hands, our dedicated team guarantees prompt dispatch, ensuring your order reaches the courier without unnecessary delays. 

Cancellation Fee
Please be aware that there is a 5% cancellation fee applicable to all backorders. 

Partial Bundle Dispatch
For customers who have purchased a bundle, our commitment is to enhance your experience. While it may seem like we've forgotten part of your order, rest assured, that's not the case. We intentionally ship part of your bundle when possible so you can start enjoying our products promptly. The remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they become available.
