Secure The Anchor

Secure the Door Anchor to the top, middle or bottom of of any sturdy door by closing it with the large foam end on the other side. Ensure that the door is locked and closes in the direction you are exercising.
We recommend that the Door Anchor is installed near the hinges as it's the strongest part of the door.

Choose Your Resistance

Choose your resistance from 10lbs to 50lbs, or even stackable with all the bands available to you. Connect the band(s) to the Door Anchor by either feeding them through the padded loop or clipping them onto the D-Ring.
Feeding the bands through the padded loop will allow two connection points for accessories and a shorter range of resistance. Clipping onto the D-Ring allows a single accessory to be connected and a longer range of resistance.

Connect Your Accessories

Isolate the upper body muscles with the Handles or wrap the Ankle Straps on for intense lower body exercises. Alternatively, clip on the Resistance Bar to access full-body compound exercises.
Tailor exercises to be perfect for you by adjusting the placement of the anchor on the door (top, middle or bottom), choice of accessory and strength of bands.

Product Usage Guidelines

Don't stretch the bands more than 3x their length (3.6m when not folded)
The door should close in the direction the Door Anchor is pulling
The door should always be locked while exercising
Do not wrap the bands around sharp or metal objects
Do not stand on the bands on rough surfaces or with shoes that have soles with damaging edges
Do not expose the bands to the sun or wet weather for prolonged periods
