Kettlebell Set Up

Choose a weight you're comfortable with and add the weight plates to the Base.
There is approximately 18cm available space to load weights onto the Base.

Twist the Handle until it reaches the weight plates. Tighten the Handle as much as possible to prevent any loosening while exercising.
If you haven't loaded enough weights to reach the Handle, then continue to Step 3.

Situational: If the added weight plates don't reach high enough for the Handle then secure the weights to the Base with 1x Collar.
This will keep the weight plates from moving while exercising.

Situational: Add a second Collar upside-down leaving enough space at the top to spin on the Handle.
The second collar is used to lock the Handle into position.

Situational: Twist the Handle until it reaches the second Collar. While holding the second Collar, tighten the Handle as much as possible to prevent any loosening while exercising.
Sudden twists can loosen the parts. If you feel this happen, stop the exercise and tighten everything further before continuing your workout.

Push Up Bars

Simply place the Handles on a flat surface and position them according to the intended exercise.
Please note that a single Adjustable Kettlebell only includes 1x Handle.
